EventMedal provides custom manufacturing for medals, apparel, and race accessories.
Quotes: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Design Approval: For custom products, we will provide a digital mockup for your approval. It is your responsibility to check for spelling, color accuracy (Pantone matches), and layout. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors present in the approved design.
Our Content: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EventMedal.
Your Artwork: By submitting logos, trademarks, or designs to us, you warrant that you own the rights to such material or have obtained necessary permissions. You grant EventMedal a non-exclusive right to use these designs solely for the production of your order and for our portfolio/marketing unless otherwise requested.
B2B Orders: For most custom orders, full payment or a specified deposit is required before mass production begins.
Currency: All prices are in USD unless specified otherwise.
Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees applicable in their country.
Lead Times: Production and shipping times are estimates. While we strive to meet every finish line, EventMedal is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or “Force Majeure” events (e.g., natural disasters).
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products (custom medals, branded apparel), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that match the approved digital mockup.
Defective Items: If there is a clear manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence for a replacement or partial credit.
EventMedal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our Site. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
